About
XLg Badges (Restrictions)
Our larger (3/4) badges are not full size. They
are (as 3/4 size suggests) about 25% smaller. Approximate size is
noted. The quality and detail are excellent, and what could be
more perfect for collectors? We use them often to customize
plaques and awards of all kinds. They are typically sold with a
money clip attachment or none. Please specify your
preference. They are not meant for identification purposes.
The sale of some items may be restricted to law
enforcement only. Identification is required. Restrictions will be noted in the item's description.
Your .gov or dept. email address is usually sufficient for
identification. If not that, a copy of your law enforcement id
with void written across it, or something on letterhead also works and
may be faxed to us at 310-518-9660. This is for our records only!
Please reference your order number on the fax. To our knowledge,
the only restricted mini badges are US Forestry
(H1465 & H2689). They can be sold to US Forestry Agents Only.

About
Our Pins
Sorry, we do not have a printed pin catalog available at
this time. We are currently working on an online catalog and hope
to be adding new pictures often. Though sizes may vary...most of
our pins average around 7/8 inch in size unless otherwise noted.
We do not require a minimum order on in-stock
items, but we do have a $10.00 minimum on credit card sales. If an
item is out of stock, ideally it will be temporarily removed from our
store list or otherwise noted. Realistically... hard as we try,
the little buggers are difficult to keep track of, so stock we cannot
guarantee. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via
email whenever possible. Out of stock items are restocked based
upon demand. You may request that we reorder any out of stock item
by sending us an email, but minimums may apply for backorder.
We do accept backorders on on larger quantities. Prepay or 50%
minimum non-refundable deposit with balance due @ shipping is required
on all custom orders and items placed on special order/backorder.
Please allow approximately 6 weeks for pin backorders. In
stock orders will ship within 3-5 business days. There are no
discounts on rush orders.

Custom Pins
Don't see your badge or pin? We can make it!
For quote simply email us your requirements. Be sure to include
quantity required. We often offer quantity discounts and minimums
may apply. We will require camera-ready artwork (to scale or
specify size), or an actual sample, but please contact us first for
specific instructions before submitting artwork or attachment files.
We also do artwork in-house if you prefer. All
artwork is subject to customer approval prior to processing order.
Please check your proof carefully. We are not responsible for
content errors once order has been approved. Please allow
approximately 8 weeks lead time for a new pin order. Additional
charges may apply for rush orders or additional proofs.

About Engraveables
Prices shown include engraved
text and one proof which requires customer approval. Logos are optional
and not included. The average price of a logo with customer
provided camera-ready artwork is typically around $5.00, but may be more
or less depending upon the logo. All pricing is subject to final
confirmation quote. Any applicable discounts on engraved or otherwise custom marked items
will also be reflected on the confirmation quote. Additional charges
may apply for excessive wording, additional proofs, or rush orders.
How to order:
Order the item as usual and check the option for Logo if desired.
There is a text box on the "Payment/Shipping" info page at
checkout. You can enter the text you want engraved and any other
special instructions there. If you are working with a deadline
please include date required. If you have checked the Logo option,
we will contact you via email with specific instructions on acceptable
formats and how to send your artwork. Preferred formats are Corel
Draw (11 or earlier) or Adobe Illustrator 9, but we do accept others
including (bmp jpg pdf plt tif gif and png file extensions). Once we have all the required information, you will receive a
confirmation quote complete with lead time. Upon approval, your credit card is
charged and work begins. You will receive a fax proof of the
layout prior to processing which requires your final approval. Please check your
proof carefully! We are not responsible for content errors once
order has been approved, and there are no refunds on custom marked
items.

Return Policy
Returns (Stock Pins)
Please keep a copy of your invoice. A copy must be
included with all returns. Stock pins
may be returned within 30 days of invoice date (with
prior authorization) for full credit excluding shipping. No
refunds or returns will be accepted after 30 days. Pins that are
special order/backordered at your request are not returnable.
Returns (Other)
All custom orders, imprinted, engraved, or otherwise custom marked items
or special orders are subject to your approval prior to processing and
are, therefore, non refundable. If a problem should occur
that is determined to be due to an error on our part,
we will provide a replacement.
